I have a Patchwork and Quilting craft shop in Corris Uchaf, just 1/2 a mile north of Corris Craft Centre near Machynlleth, Powys, Mid Wales, UK
The shop is stocked with fabrics for all quilters and patchworkers, as well as our own creations, Fat Quarters and greater lengths off the bolt too…. plus of course the usual quilting notions such as threads, needles etc.
We run courses, day workshops and have hands-on demonstrations.
If you’re feeling creative, join in our needlefelting (suitable for just about any age) and have fun with felt.

I am so sorry to hear of your misfortune. Chris and I think of our wonderful time in Wales and shopping at the center often. (And drinking at the pub, of course.) I even check the weather every couple weeks, just as a reminder.
Hope you are well beyond this recent indcident. I’m sorry I haven’t written sooner. We really did enjoy the week we spent in Corris and hope to come back in the (relatively) near future.

how do I attach a 3inch finished sleeve to a piece of work. I know I attach it under the edge binding but do I pull the material tight? What should the original width of the material be? Desperate for information. LILY
One of your dragon wall hangings in vibrant reds adorns the hall in Dolanog not too far from Welshpool and I have been trying to find out where it came from. How much are they? Are there a variety of designs? I tried your online shop but can’t get a response. I’ll pop in oe day and peruse. What beautiful work.

Our Welsh Celtic Wallhangings are unique.
The Welsh dragons and celtic knots are based on our own designs, but they can be tailored to each customer’s own requirements.
As such they are not usually on general sale due to their nature and the amount of work required to complete. Those that are made for sale in out craft unit at Corris Craft Centre are “one-offs” and are sold within days.
But, we can make them to order in a variety of sizes and shapes….
